About Us Who We Are The Pelvic Floor Neo-Control Centre is the first and only specialized facility in East and Central Africa and second in Africa after South Africa, offering non-invasive, drug-free, and non-surgical therapies for pelvic floor dysfunctions. Since opening in April 2021, we’ve helped men and women regain control, confidence, and quality of life. We are registered with the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya and proud to be the first and only centre providing advanced treatments using Extra Corporeal Magnetic Innervation (ExMI) technology. For decades, Kenyans suffering from bladder leakage, stool leakage, erectile dysfunction, or post-childbirth pelvic complications had limited options—often forced to travel abroad or suffer in silence.
